Refund policy
This policy covers what you buy from us on the web and in the Quo desktop app: Quo Pro, Quo Sync and credit packs. These are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record, so your payment and any refund go through Paddle.
14 days to change your mind
- Quo Pro and Quo Sync. Ask within 14 days of your first payment, or of a renewal, and we refund that payment in full. The plan then ends.
- Credit packs. Ask within 14 days of buying a pack and we refund the credits you haven’t used. If you haven’t used any, that is the full price.
When a payment is refunded, the credits still unused from it are removed from your account.
How to ask
- Use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or look up your order at paddle.net.
- Or email [email protected] from the address on your Quo account, with the order number from your receipt.
Paddle returns the money to the card or account you paid with.
After 14 days
You can cancel a plan at any time (Plan & credits → Manage subscription). It stops the next renewal, and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We don’t refund the rest of a period after the first 14 days, and credits that have expired aren’t refunded. If something you paid for didn’t work and we couldn’t fix it, tell us and we’ll refund you.
Premium in the phone apps
Premium bought in the Android or iPhone app is sold by Google Play or the App Store. Ask them for a refund: their own policies apply.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer law. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to purchases made through it.
